Australian Orders

Everly Collective aims to process orders within one business day. Orders placed after 12pm AEDT on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Please note that during busy periods, processing times may increase to 2-3 business days. We appreciate your patience with any shipping delays as a result of Covid-19.

Please ensure that you take care when opening your parcels to avoid damaging the product.

Postage options 

  • Free Regular Shipping for all orders
  • $15 Express Shipping (Transit time: 1-2 business days for metro areas. Kindly note that there are express shipping delays during Covid-19)

Kindly note that it is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct and complete delivery address. Everly Collective is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages in transit.

We will endeavour to have your order delivered within the timeframes quoted however there are times where unexpected delays beyond our control may occur. If the address provided is not recognised by Australia Post or our selected courier, delivery delays may occur.

International Orders

  • $25 International Shipping with tracking

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct delivery address.

Everly Collective does not provide refunds for failure to pay duties and taxes by the customer. If you do find that your order has not arrived within the indicative timeframe, please contact us and we will endeavour to help you out.
